Summerville, South Carolina, police have charged free-agent defensive end Robert Quinn with third-degree assault and battery and hit-and-run with property damage, according to Dorchester County (S.C.) public records. According to WCSC-TV in South Carolina, Quinn turned himself in Friday and was arrested after he was allegedly involved in a hit and run that damaged property on Tuesday. He reportedly hit four cars, a gate and a light post and then got into an incident with a woman on the scene before leaving, per the TV station.
