About 16 years into its mission of fostering Latino arts and culture throughout South Carolina, the organization's leader Ivan Segura recently made new inroads into the Town of Summerville while visiting with Public Works Art Center Executive Director Jana Riley."We said, 'Hey, Jana. What else can we do? Where else can we help not only your arts center, but also get people from the Latino community to your art center and show them an opportunity for classes to witness art,'" asked the organization's executive director.
