I was a member for 4 years. I loved zumba with Dee, the owner of Simply Fit. However, my biggest complaint was the lack of communication about events, parties or closures. Dee will post a lot of information on Facebook. This is great but I am not on Facebook. Yes, Dee knew that I was NOT on Facebook! It was helpful for me to have important information to be posted throughout the gym. I voiced my concern to Dee through texting and she responded. She was apologetic at first but several hours later she was defensive. One statement in her text that stood out was "everyone is important at Simply Fit". If that is true, instead of being defensive, take the criticism and make necessary changes for all members.
